Bring your questions about getting involved in groups or research, using your Strengths on campus, or learning abroad to make the most of your appointment.
MyU Student Portal is Going to Change Soon:
On April 20, the MyU Student Portal will be getting a dramatic face lift! All of the U of M's digital technology systems are getting an upgrade and will change things like registration, financial aid, and bill payment. What this video for a preview of the new portal!

Spring Jam is a spring tradition at the U, where we celebrate the end of yet another successful school year. This year there is an all day Spring Jam Festival on April 25 complete with food trucks, carnival rides, performances, concerts and more! Make sure you order your student wristband today!
Choosing or Changing Your Major?
Spring registration is underway, so now is the time to start thinking ahead. If you are exploring majors (or thinking of changing your major), check out the Getting Started guide from the Center for Academic Planning & Exploration (CAPE) for some tips. End of the semester studying can be better together than alone. Study using a SMART strategy with peer tutors, test bank materials, or form your own study group. Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence (MCAE) also has walk-in tutoring available to all students on East/West Bank and St. Paul.

Summer School Housing
Are you planning on taking classes this summer and need a place to live? There is Summer School housing available in University Village, Wilkins and Yudof Halls from June 13-August 8 during the Summer 8-week session. A minimum of 1 academic credit is required. Current residents can also apply to live in 17th Avenue Residence Hall beginning at noon on Sunday, May 17.
